Namely the &quot;Multitasking to Distraction&quot; segment with Stanford professor Clifford Nass.
Among other things he suggests that chronic multitaskers are actually very poor at multitasking.
He suggests instead of checking email all the time, only check email when you can devote 15 minutes towards that task.</description>
